5th Sunday is Youth Sunday.  The group is in charge of the entire worship service and has a fundraising luncheon afterwards.

Each summer the group travels to a chosen area for a week of Bible study and fellowship.  Recent trips have included Destin, Florida, Orange Beach, Alabama, The Great Smokey Mountains, the Home of Sgt. The group is currently involved in servant evangelism outreach programs in our community.  The group name that the youth have chosen for this ongoing outreach is “Above and Beyond” because they have chosen to live above and beyond the ways of the world.  Check out the “Above and Beyond” section of our Ministries page for additional information and updates concerning their outreach activities.

Cantata2  Mary Choir
                                                  2015 Easter Cantata

It is a privilege to worship our Lord through music. The scriptures are filled with words of praise and many scriptures have been set to music. The Mt. Zion Adult Choir is composed of volunteers of various ages who love the Lord and enjoy giving Him glory through music. We love to sing, laugh, and grow spiritually together.

The Mt. Zion Adult Choir leads the Sunday Morning Worship Service at 11:00 in music. Rehearsal time is on Sunday evening at 5:30-6:00 p.m. in the sanctuary. Auditions are unnecessary and everyone is welcome. Come join us and add your voice in praising the Lord. We have a seat just for you!

Also, the Adult Choir has the opportunity to present special must at Christmas, Easter and other special events of the church.
